A certificate training course “Training Staff Pool. Business English for Research & Teaching Staff” will soon be completed at the Department of Foreign Languages at NMAPE. This semester a group of 5 students have been undergoing training.

Since 2016, the Department of Foreign Languages has been conducting the “Upper Intermediate English” course for PhD students of the Academy. The classes are given by Assistant Professors L. Palei, L. Mykhailenko and T. Pylyp. The teachers apply various techniques which make it possible the lessons both to enhance theoretical knowledge and activate practical language skills. The course content is outfitted with modern learning technologies as they wield major influence on learning outcomes.

On November 7 - 8, 2019, the World Congress of the International Medical Science Academy - IMSACON 2019 was held in Ankara, Turkey. The congress was held on the premises of Turkey's largest BASKENT University. The main topic of the congress was «Medical Infections», but other issues of medicine and surgery were also discussed.

On December, 12 in Kiev the last meeting of this year of the Club of Endocrine Innovations took place in Kyiv. Other prior meetings of the Club took place this autumn in Zaporozhye, Kharkiv, Lviv and Odessa and all of them were attended by more than 100 participants. The Club is organized by the Department of Diabetology of P.L.Shupyk National Medical Academy for Postgraduate Education and Ukranian Diabetology Association.
