MAIN DOCUMENTS required for the studying:

  1. A notarized copy of the diploma of higher medical education and its supplement with a list of subjects studied and grades obtained.
  2. Passport, notarized copy of the passport, translation of the passport with personal data and the date of border crossing into Ukrainian (2 copies). A copy of the visa with the date of the last registration.
  3. A copy of the birth certificate.
  4. Health certificate, HIV/AIDS certificate.
  5. 10 photos 3.5 × 4.5 cm (on matte paper).
