The current challenges to the domestic health care system in the context of reform require a fundamental change in approaches to the effectiveness of the treatment process in hospitals.

On February 21, 2020, a scientific and practical conference was held with the international participation "Topical issues of diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases and autoimmune conditions in children", which is held annually by the Department of Pediatrics  1 with the direct participation of  Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education  and with the support of the National Children's Specialized Hospital "OHMATDIT".

Graduate of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery Shupyk NMAPE Yusifova Sevinj (Research supervisor - S. Savoliuk (MD, Dr.Sc., Full Professor)) currently works in a private multidisciplinary clinic in Istanbul (Turkey). After acquiring surgical skills at the bases of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery, Yusifova S. began her work as a surgeon at the Medistate Kavacik Hastanesi Clinic, as she already had experience in modern mini-invasive surgical treatments for a wide range of diseases.

On March 2^nd 2020, a course of thematic improvement “Diagnostics and Intensive Care of Urgent Conditions” has begun on the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care. A duration of course is 2 weeks. Professor Oleksandr Halushko is a guidance counselor of this thematic improvement.

On February 27, 2020, the public presentation of the scientific task of Associate Professor of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of the NMAPE named after PL Shupyk was held. «Anesthetic management of elderly patients with on-pump cardiac surgery operations» (scientific consultant Prof. Loskutov OA).
