On February 12, the regular meeting of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine took place.

Chaired by the head of the department, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Savoliuk S.I., the academic and teaching staff of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery discussed issues related to all areas of the department's activities in 2024: plans for professional development of academic staff (educational portfolios by specialties, pedagogy, informatics), implementation of the educational and production plan (budget and special fund), career guidance work in residency programs, plans for work in city and regional centers of the Ukrainian Surgeons Association to enrich thematic improvement and specialization cycles, questions regarding expanding the department's clinical bases, monitoring the planning and implementation of individual plans for graduate students and postgraduate students of the department, opportunities for interdisciplinary and interdepartmental cooperation, and active and comprehensive coverage of all areas of the department's activities on the media resources of the P.L. Shupyk Healthcare University of Ukraine and the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
