DM, PhD, DSc, Professor, Head of the Department of Clinical, Laboratory Immunology and Allergy of the PL Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education

He graduated from the Kyiv Medical Institute in 1979, Faculty of Medicine, majoring in medical business.

From 1980 to 1983 - graduate student of the Research Institute of Otolaryngology, specialty 14.00.36 - Allergology and Immunology.  From 1983 to 1985 he was a junior researcher at the Laboratory of Pathophysiology of the Research Institute of Otolaryngology.  From 1985 to 1990 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergology KDIUL.  From 1990 to 1993 - Associate Professor of Clinical Immunology and Allergology and Allergology KDIUL.  From 1993 to 1995 he studied for a doctorate at the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergology KDIUL.  From 1995 to 2000 he worked as an immunologist-allergist, scientific consultant of the General Directorate of Foreign Missions.  Since 2001 - Associate Professor of Family Medicine, Clinical Immunology and Allergology.  From 2001 to 2005 - Associate Professor of Medical Genetics, Clinical Immunology and Allergology.  From 2005 to 2013 - Associate Professor of Clinical, Laboratory Immunology and Allergology.  From 2013 to 2015 Professor of Clinical, Laboratory Immunology and Allergology.

Since  2015 - Head of the Department of Clinical, Laboratory Immunology and Allergy.

Has the highest qualification category in the following specialties: "Clinical Immunology", "Allergology", "Laboratory Immunology", certificates of a specialist in dermatovenereology and pediatric allergology.

Dissertations: for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences (PhD) defended in 1984, specialty 14.00.36 - allergology and immunology;  for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences was defended in 2013 in the following specialties: 14.03.08 - immunology and allergology and 14.03.09 - histology, cytology, embryology.

Has more than 220 published scientific works, including articles published in Scopus scientometric databases, articles in professional and foreign, international scientometric publications, received a patents for an invention, took an active part in conferences and symposia, including international ones.

Member of the specialized scientific council D 26.613.03 with the right to accept for consideration and defend dissertations for the degree of doctor (candidate) of medical sciences in specialties 14.01.20 "Skin and venereal diseases", 14.01.25 "Forensic medicine" and 14.01.39  "Clinical laboratory diagnostics" at the PL Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Member of the Ukrainian Society of Immunology, Allergology and Immunorehabilitation (UTIAI).  Full member of the Ukrainian Academy of Dermatovenereology.

Member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Antibiotics and Probiotics (International Journal of Antibiotics and Probiotics).

He is the executor of the international project "Memorandum of Understanding for Academic Cooperation" between Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (9 Dorohozhytska Street, Kyiv, 04112 Ukraine) and Immunology Research Institute of New England (358 Elm Street, Gardner, MA, 01440USA).

Member of the editorial board of the scientific-practical journal "Clinical Immunology and Allergology: Science and Practice".

Chairman of the expert problem commission of NMAPE named after PL Shupyk, specialty 14.03.08 - immunology and allergology.
