In May 2026, faculty members of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine actively participated in the professional webinar “Clinical Cases in Intensive Care: Decisions That Determine Outcomes,” dedicated to current issues in the management of critically ill patients.

The event was attended by Associate Professor Olha Kramareva and Associate Professor Alina Boiko.

During the webinar, complex clinical cases from intensive care practice were discussed, along with modern approaches to clinical decision-making in critically ill patients and emergency care algorithms based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. Special attention was given to a multidisciplinary approach to patient management and improving the effectiveness of clinical decisions in real intensive care settings.

Participation of faculty members in such educational events contributes to professional development, exchange of clinical experience, and the implementation of up-to-date international guidelines into medical practice.

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine continues to actively engage in scientific and educational initiatives aimed at improving the quality of medical training and enhancing the healthcare delivery system for critically ill patients.
