As part of the ongoing collaboration between the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine and its clinical base — the innovative Xenium Clinic — a joint team of authors has developed the methodological guidelines entitled “Therapeutic Use of Medical Xenon.”
This publication is the result of a synergy between the academic and scientific expertise of the Department’s specialists and the practical clinical experience of the physicians at Xenium Clinic, who have unique competencies in the application of medical xenon across various fields of medicine. These include pain management, adaptation disorders, post-traumatic syndromes, and anesthetic practice.
The guidelines aim to provide clinicians with evidence-based, structured, and practically oriented information on the use of medical xenon, including its pharmacological properties, indications, contraindications, dosage considerations, administration techniques, and clinical case studies.
This joint effort represents an important step toward the integration of advanced technologies into medical education, the enhancement of clinical practice, and the development of scientific and methodological support in the fields of emergency medicine, anesthesiology, and rehabilitation.
The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine continues to expand its range of scientific and clinical initiatives through partnerships with leading medical institutions, contributing to the implementation of cutting-edge treatment methods in the Ukrainian healthcare system.
