On December 12–13, 2025, the Odrex Medical Center (Odesa) hosted the Odesa Emergency Medicine Meeting 2025 scientific and practical conference dedicated to the current challenges of emergency medicine and disaster medicine. The event brought together leading experts in the field: clinicians, scientists, rescuers, military medics, and administrators to exchange practical experience and discuss innovative approaches to providing medical care in critical conditions.
This key event was attended by Olga Gennadievna Kramareva, Associate Professor of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, who presented her own research and joined the professional discussion on current approaches to the organization of emergency medical care. The conference covered topics such as modern protocols for providing pre-medical and emergency care, management of acute cardiovascular conditions, and organization of transportation for patients in critical condition.
This conference became an important platform for discussing the adaptation of international standards to Ukrainian conditions, especially in the context of modern challenges. Representatives of various medical services exchanged practical cases, discussed innovative approaches in disaster medicine, and emphasized the importance of cross-sectoral cooperation to improve the quality of emergency care.
The participation of representatives of our department in such events contributes to the deepening of professional competencies, the strengthening of academic ties, and the integration of the best international practices into the educational process at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine.
