Main directions of research: development of new methods for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of periodontal disease, study of the relationship and burden of periodontal disease and general human health, systemic diseases, the impact of structural and functional state of skeletal bone tissue, systemic osteotropic therapy, metabolic correction bone disorders in the complex treatment of periodontal disease.
Actively participates in the training of scientific and pedagogical staff: supervisor of 8 PhD theses in dentistry.
