Dr. Olha Kramareva, Associate Professor of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, participated in the scientific and practical conference “Patient Safety Club II,” which took place on June 11–13, 2026, at Medical Hub Odrex in Odesa. The event was dedicated to current issues of patient safety in anesthesiology and intensive care and brought together leading specialists from across Ukraine.

The conference program included lectures, panel discussions, practical workshops, and interactive educational sessions focused on modern approaches to patient safety, prevention of medical errors, risk management, intensive care, respiratory support, antimicrobial therapy, and other relevant aspects of anesthesiology practice. Particular attention was paid to clinical reasoning, the analysis of complex clinical cases, and interdisciplinary collaboration within healthcare teams.

Participation in the conference provided an important opportunity for professional exchange of experience, familiarization with contemporary international trends in anesthesiology and intensive care, and discussion of strategies for implementing a culture of patient safety in healthcare institutions throughout Ukraine.

The Department of Emergency Medicine of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine consistently supports the participation of its academic staff in leading professional forums, contributing to the enhancement of postgraduate medical education, the advancement of evidence-based medicine, and the implementation of modern clinical approaches within the Ukrainian healthcare system.
