Professor Anton O. Volosovets, Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, actively participated in the scientific and practical conference “Emergency Conditions 24/7: Modern Algorithms and Clinical Solutions,” which brought together leading healthcare professionals to discuss current challenges and evidence-based approaches in the management of emergency and urgent medical conditions.
During the event, Professor Volosovets served as a moderator of one of the scientific sessions, facilitating expert discussions on the implementation of modern clinical strategies and decision-making algorithms in everyday medical practice.
As part of the scientific program, Professor Volosovets delivered several presentations addressing important aspects of contemporary emergency medicine. His lectures focused on the management of anxiolytic withdrawal syndrome, current approaches to the treatment of cognitive impairment following traumatic brain injury, and modern strategies for the prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in individuals exposed to traumatic events.
Particular attention was devoted to evidence-based clinical practice, current international recommendations, and practical treatment algorithms that can be applied by healthcare professionals across various medical specialties. The presented topics generated considerable interest among conference participants and stimulated productive professional discussions.
