On November 28, 2025, under the auspices of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine (provider BPR No. 2237), an international scientific and practical conference was successfully held  "II Scientific Readings named after S.M. Vinichuk: Interdisciplinary Aspects of Providing Medical Care in Emergency Conditions" (event No. 1017299), organized by the Department of Emergency Medicine.

The conference was held in a mixed format — online and offline — with a broadcast on YouTube, which ensured wide participation of doctors of various specialties from Ukraine and abroad.

The conference was opened with introductory remarks and greetings from representatives of the administration of the  Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine (Natalia Savychuk, Oleg Shevchenko) and the Andriy Tkachenko Institute (Dmytro Konkov). Presentations dedicated to the memory of the outstanding Ukrainian neurologist, Professor Stepan Melentiyovich Vinichuk, were given by the professor's daughter, Iryna Stepanivna Vinichuk, and the head of the Department of Emergency Medicine, Professor Anton Oleksandrovych Volosovets.

The scientific program also addressed topical issues of interdisciplinary aspects of providing medical care in emergency situations, in particular, the specifics of diagnosis and treatment of conditions associated with damage to the nervous system. Foreign experts, teachers from Ukrainian higher education institutions, and practicing physicians participated in the conference, which contributed to the professional exchange of experience and the deepening of interdisciplinary cooperation.

The Department of Emergency Medicine of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine thanks all participants, speakers, and partners for their active participation and the high scientific and practical level of the event and looks forward to further fruitful cooperation.
