In order to monitor the implementation of the individual scientific work plan, as well as ensure the timely defense of dissertations before the end of the postgraduate study period, on April 29, 2025, at a meeting of the Medical Faculty Commission on Scientific Research and Innovation, the results of the annual transfer certification of PhD students of the Medical Faculty were estimated.

The Dean of the Medical Faculty, Olha Protsiuk, noted that to the certification were admitted PhD students who submitted reports indicating the work performed in the 2024-2025 academic year, the assessment of the scientific supervisor, and the results of considering the individual plan at a meeting of the department.

The head of the Commission on Scientific Research and Innovation, Professor Serhiy Savolyuk, monitored the degree of fulfillment of the types of work planned for the current year by PhD students admitted to certification. Full-time PhD students reported personally on the status of their individual plan, reported on indicators of educational and scientific activity, and asked questions about the formation of their educational trajectory in postgraduate study.

The recommendations of the Commission on Scientific Research and Innovation regarding the continuation of postgraduate training will be considered by the the Medical Faculty Academic Council on May 7, 2025.
